Niagara University MBA Students Partner with General Motors Corporation

The General Motors Corporation in Tonawanda, NY has provided a case study to challenge the Collage of Business Administration MBA students. The MGT673: Operations Management class is undergoing a four week simulation to analyze a logistical problem provided by GM. Students are required to step into the shoes of a GM supply chain manager and solve for three problems under the constraints and given information that GM has provided. Students will then present their solutions to GM management team at the end of the semester.
GM's Global Supply Chain and Logistics management team is working closely with Niagara students to provide support and additional resources for this project. In conjunction with this project, GM provided a live zoom tour of their logistics facilities to selected undergraduate classes.
